Windows 11: Fix mscoree.dll not found error

Windows 11: Fix error Code execution cannot continue because mscoree.dll was not found after installing Windows 11 update
Step 1) Run these commands
dism /online /enable-feature /featurename:netfx3 /all
dism /online /enable-feature /featurename: WCF-HTTP-Activation
dism /online /enable-feature /featurename: WCF-NonHTTP-Activation

This will reinstall the .NET framework
Step 2) Enable .NET Framework 3.5
Turn Windows features on or off
Step 3) Uninstall recently installed update

Step 4) Repair .Net framework

Step 5) Download the mscoree.dll file
