Steps to Switch to Local Account on Windows 11.
1. Open Accounts option, go to login options and check if PIN/password is enabled.
2. Open /"Your information/" click on /"Log in with a local account instead/"
3. Provide your PIN/password and click next.
4. Create a new password for the local user account.
5. Log out and log in with the new password.
You can also remove the PIN option if you want.
