When you try to open a specified folder or drive, an error appears as /"you are currently not authorized to access this folder. Click Continue to permanently access this folder/". You have been denied permission to access this folder. This tutorial will address this error and explain how to obtain security rights to the folder or drive in question.

The error may also appear in the following form:

You are not authorized to access ////Server//c. Contact your network administrator to request access.
