Using the Windows key PrtSc keyboard shortcut
1️⃣ Press the Windows Print Screen key.
2️⃣ On some laptops, hold Fn Print Screen.
3️⃣ The screenshot will be automatically saved in the Images folder in the Screenshots subfolder.

Use the Print Screen key with OneDrive:
1️⃣ Click the OneDrive icon in your taskbar.
2️⃣ Go to Help and Settings ️ Settings.
3️⃣ Under the Backup tab, check /"Automatically save screenshots I capture to OneDrive/" under Screenshots.
4️⃣ Tap Print Screen to capture; OneDrive will confirm the backup.
