Wine slushy. Ninja Creami. Great for warm evenings and extremely easy to make!
1 (750 milliliter) bottle of sweet wine (such as Riesling)
Mix wine water sugar and lime juice in a bowl until sugar is dissolved; pour into an ice cream maker. Follow manufacturer's instructions for ice cream.
Add more or less sugar depending on how high your RS% (residual sugar) is. Use a sweet wine with at least 12 RS%. Taste the mixture before putting it in the ice cream maker to ensure the right sweetness. You can add more water if the mixture is too sweet.
